charmed stay!!!

prime location friendly staff rooftop terrace large room

The location was prime. It's just off one of the main squares. the staff were especially friendly. I felt really welcome. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for a relaxing breakfast. the rooms were also large and clean. It really enhanced my stay.

The temperature in the shower seemed a bit temperamental. It went from cold to quite hot rather quickly.

The hotel's proximity to the historic centre is a huge plus. Exploring was easy. everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. This convenience added so much to my visit. it's an ideal base.

insufficient lighting faulty regulation

the location proved acceptable for city exploration.

The room seemed quite dark despite my expectations.. the lighting felt insufficient to compensate. furthermore, the shower's temperature regulation was faulty. It switched erratically between cold and excessively hot water. this made showering an unpleasant experience

The rooftop terrace provided an amazing experience for breakfast. avril was especially friendly. She provided local information and elevated our mornings. rooms were large and clean, just what i needed.

The dark interior made the room less appealing. the shower temperature was not consistent. It alternated unexpectedly.
